No. SkyAirbus is not an airline and does not represent itself as the official customer-service department of individual airlines. Airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No. Airline schedules, seat availability, prices, refund approvals, and ticket policies are strictly controlled by the relevant airline or ticketing provider.

Flight Booking & Reservation Management

You typically need your 6-character airline booking reference (PNR) or 13-digit e-ticket number along with the lead passenger's last name.

Basic Economy tickets are usually non-changeable, non-refundable, restrict advance seat selection, and may limit overhead carry-on luggage. Standard Economy typically allows seat selection, standard carry-on, and flight modifications with or without a fee.

Flight Changes & Cancellation Guidance

Even if an airline waives change fees, passengers must almost always pay the fare difference if the new flight costs more than the original ticket. If the new flight is cheaper, some airlines issue travel credits for the residual value.

If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change, you are generally entitled to either a rebooking on the next available flight at no extra charge or a full cash refund to your original payment method, regardless of ticket type.

Baggage & Cabin Upgrades

Many international carriers offer an upgrade auction program (such as Plusgrade) where eligible economy passengers submit a cash bid for premium economy or business class. The airline assesses bids between 24 and 72 hours before departure.

Immediately file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the airline's baggage service desk inside the airport arrivals hall before leaving. Keep your baggage claim tag receipts and reference number.
